Go to Settings, then Subscription, then Cancel Plan. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.

Rattafy uses Google Sign-In, so there is no password to reset. Use the same Google account from the login page.

How do I request a refund?

Choose Billing and payments and include your Razorpay Payment ID within 7 days of purchase.

How do I get help with my board or grade?

Choose General support and include your grade, ICSE or ISC track, subject, and the lesson or map area where you need help.

Is payment data stored by Rattafy?

Accepted Answer

No. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Rattafy does not store card details.
